Becoming, by Michelle Obama

I have worked in non-profit donor database administration for 18+ years, during which time I have honed a database management strategy that emphasizes clean, consistent, relevant data.

The majority of my database experience has been focused on Blackbaud products, especially The Raiser's Edge and eTapestry. I have managed an RE database of over one million constituents, and eTapestry databases of just a few thousand. No matter the size of the database, I bring the same focus on data quality, efficient data transfer, precise reporting and exporting, project management, process documentation, and problem solving.

See more about my experience and recommendations on LinkedIn.

In my non-data life, I've been married for 21 years to my husband and best friend Robert, a retired Navy officer.  We have 2 dogs (Izzy and Maggie), and 6 rescue cats (Jib, Addie, Jura, Carson, Savannah, and Finn).  I love to travel...I've been to all 50 states and more than 45 countries.  I make soy candles in my free time, and close out most evenings with a glass of red wine.  I'm obsessive about recycling, have no patience for sitting through movies, enjoy spending time on the water, am a huge Chicago Cubs fan, and generally try everyday to make the world a better place.  I am one class away from finishing my Master's Degree in Human Rights Practice at the University of Arizona.

If you like pictures of dogs, cats, wine and travel, feel free to connect with me on Instagram.  (It's hard to photograph data, so this truly is just for fun!)
