I’ve worked in the nonprofit sector for over 20 years, helping mission-driven organizations make their data work for them. I specialize in Raiser's Edge NXT and other CRM platforms, guiding teams through everything from messy migrations to clean, intuitive workflows. My approach is strategic, empathetic, and rooted in clarity - I don’t just fix data problems; I help build infrastructure that prioritizes efficiency, consistency, and long-term sustainability.

Clients come to me when they’re overwhelmed, under-resourced, or stuck in systems that no longer serve their mission. I offer more than technical support; I offer partnership. Whether I’m troubleshooting gift processing challenges, designing naming conventions that actually make sense, or training staff to feel confident in their tools, I bring precision and care to every engagement.

Outside of consulting, I’ve been married for 25 years to my husband and best friend, Robert, a retired Navy officer. We share our home with Maggie the golden retriever and four rescue cats: Jura, Carson, Savannah, and Finn. I’ve traveled to all 50 states and more than 45 countries, and I’m a devoted reader of historical fiction. I’m drawn to stories that explore legacy, resistance, and the quiet power of ordinary lives - especially those that illuminate the parts of history that often go untold.

I hold a Master’s degree in Human Rights Practice from the University of Arizona, and my commitment to social justice guides both my work and personal life. For several years I have served on the board of A Child For All, an organization dedicated to providing safe housing, nutritious food, education, and healthcare access to vulnerable children in Mali.
